Common Requirement for all eVisa Types
Passport Bio Page Scan
- Upload a clear scan of the passport bio page.
- The passport must remain valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of arrival.
Applicant Photo
- Submit a clear digital photograph.
- The image should accurately represent your current appearance.
Proof of Residence in Country of Origin or Domicile (Not Required for Business eVisa)
Submit a document showing your current residential address in the country where you currently live, such as a national ID card, residence permit, utility bill, bank statement, or other official proof of address.
Additional Document Required for Zimbabwe Holiday eVisa
Zimbabwe holiday eVisa applicants are also required to submit:
Accommodation Proof (Address at Destination)
Submit proof of your accommodation arrangements in Zimbabwe, including the address where you will be staying.
Application Letter
Provide a signed application letter addressed to the Zimbabwe Department of Immigration, supporting your holiday visa request and travel purpose in Zimbabwe.
Additional Document Required for Zimbabwe Conference eVisa
Zimbabwe conference eVisa applicants are also required to submit:
Invitation Letter
Submit an invitation letter from the conference organiser in Zimbabwe confirming your participation in the conference.
Additional Document Required for Zimbabwe Business eVisa
Zimbabwe business eVisa applicants are also required to submit:
Business Letter from the Sending Company
Submit a letter issued by your employer or sending company confirming your business travel to Zimbabwe, including the purpose and duration of the visit.
Invitation Letter or Company Business Profile
Submit any ONE of the following documents:
Option 1: Invitation Letter (If Invited by a Company in Zimbabwe)
Submit a business invitation letter issued by the host company in Zimbabwe.
Option 2: Company Business Profile (Applicable to Prospective Investors)
If travelling to Zimbabwe on behalf of a company as a prospective investor, submit the business profile of the sending company.
Hotel Booking or Host Residence
Submit any ONE of the following:
Option 1: Hotel Booking (If Staying in a Hotel in Zimbabwe)
Submit a confirmed hotel booking covering your intended business stay in Zimbabwe.
Option 2: Host Residence (If Staying with a Host in Zimbabwe)
Submit a document showing the host's residential address, such as a residential lease agreement, a company profile displaying the accommodation address, or an official local authority document confirming the address.
